脊科治療有效嗎?  
   
腰背痛
  • 「脊科矯正術在治療腰背痛方面比一般西 醫的治療更安全有效及合乎經濟效益，臨床經驗所得，患者對於脊科治療腰背痛的效果非常滿意」。Manga, et al. Study funded by Ontario Ministry of Health, Canada, 1993.
  • 「腰背痛治療建議: 病發的首四個星期不管用藥與否, 建議接受手療矯正術治療，及配合輕量的運動；其後兩週配合提高肌肉狀態的運動」。Clinical Practice Guidelines of the Agency for Health Care Policy and Research (AHCPR) Department of Health and Human Services, USA, 1994.
  • 「在病發首六個星期內，病者 如需服食止痛藥或在日常起居遇到困難，應考慮接受脊骨矯正。由受過正統脊科訓練的醫生治療，是十分安全的」。Clinical Guidelines of the Royal College of General Practitioners et al. UK, 1996.

頸痛
